Making Our Area Safe From Drugs
After a lenghthy undercover operation conducted by the Third Judicial District Drug Task Force in the Sharp County area, 11 arrest warrants were obtained for the arrest of suspects who are alleged to have sold various drugs. On April 6th, Drug Task Force Agents were assited by the Sharp County Sheriff’s Department, Arkansas State Police, Hardy Police Department, Cherokee Village Police Department and Ash Flat Police Departments in the mass round up of eight of the eleven warrants.
Arrested were:
- Melinda Gean Lee- delivery of Methamphetamine, Hydrocodone, and Xanax. bond $10,000
- Kyla Denise Hicks-delivery of Morphine, Hydrocodone, and Xanax. bond $5,000
- Eric T. Horton- delivery of marijuana 3 counts, officers also found 1/2 pound of marijuana and one handgun at Horton”s residence. bond $20,000
- Clarence Wilson jr.-delivery of Methamphetamine, and Oxycontin 2 counts. bond $10,000
- Benjamin Breashears-delivery of Methamphetamine. bond $2,500
- Zabrien Alen Meek-delivery of Methamphetamine 2 counts. bond $10,000
- Richard Patton jr.-delivery of Methamphetamine. bond $5,000
- Donald Ray Patrick-delivery of Hydromorphone (dilaudid). bond $5,000

not to correct anyone, but its 3 missing suspects…I think that there should be a reward system to turn in the criminals…like in Jonesboro on KAIT8, its called crime stoppers and it really works.
