		<description>Also there was mentioned a monthly fee of $20 for having the gas line.That cost is not for gas it is just a monthly fee. So there are several costs one needs to look at before hand. And if you are all electric well that could be costly to convert and you may never recoup your investment.</description>

		<description>Does anyone know what are some of the hidden cost if this switch takes place? One big one is what is the cost to convert my current heating system which runs on Propane to properly run on Natural Gas? This is not mentioned and is an important item to let consumers know. This would also be true for wall heaters and stoves too.</description>
