I read (Local attorney Larry Kissee told the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Nov. 20, that he is attempting to negotiate the surrender of fugitive land developer Wayne Watkins who left Sharp County for Mexico after being accused of theft by receiving. )

So what is the current situation? Anybody know?
