Is the chance of the City of Hardy getting water to Riverbend park something you think will happen, what do you know about it or hope to see happen.

As a riverbend property owner, myself and others would like to see this happen. Then maybe the park will make a comeback which would benefit the city of Hardy an property owners.

I think water from Hardy would be the best thing that could happen to the park, if it is left like it is now. (The Property Oweners Park) with no exceptions.

I agree 100%, Sandra. It is my I have spoken with Mayor Thornton on several occasions and she has never given any indication that the "property owners' park" status would change. We will have a few FEMA requirements to meet but it will be a very small effort for the benefit we will receive. We love our park friends and have really missed. We are looking forward to coming back.

Keep the information comming, please tell others you know who have a true interest in Riverbend Park to feel free to interact here on this forum site. We want to create a good positive place to learn, and get the facts to those who really need the information. I will speak with the Mayor myself to get any updates on the park too and post here A.S.A.P.
p.s. This article here tells what happened at the last two city meeting where Riverbend was discussed. http://www.mainstreethardy.com…..v-4-20009/
